Web Developer Needed for Paid Internship
We are looking for a Web Developer to implement a website dedicated to Drag Queens. The candidate must be comfortable/enthusiastic working in a gay friendly environment.
We will need a Content Management System with different tiers of access for users. We will also need a secure site with a focus on preventing sabotage/viruses and options for money transactions. We will also need help with managing basic databases.
Ideal candidate will have the following knowledge/qualifications:
- PHP with a focus on security and Content Management
- Database implementation and management
- Planning, development, and implementation of the back-end structure
- Integrate design assets
- Follow creative briefs and functional specifications.
- Track and resolve bugs and assist in quality assurance testing.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, update us with progress and identify project roadblocks and risks and communicate these to team quick and efficiently.
- Research new technologies and workflows
- Work from home
- Be self managed and self motivated.
- Be a team player
- Easygoing and gay friendly
- Should have a sense of humor and love of the silly.
