Animal Rescue Site Needs Contact Form
The task: Create a page on the website where people can fill in the details of their rescue need, upload photo(s) and have it sent to the info@AFF address for proofing, which could then be easily forwarded or otherwise emailed out to a private distribution list (already setup). AFF is getting way too many requests and the person who runs it can’t keep up since each request has to have information gathered manually and formatted for email. The idea would be to automate the process a little while making it look more professional.
Pay: Willing to pay but can’t afford the usual rate that web people charge. (negotiable–can be a tax write-off either for discount or pro-bono)
