Student Needed for Website Work
I have a project in need of immediate assistance for a student. This will be a very good portfolio piece, but the project turnaround is quick. Bob Charlo is a Native American photographer whose work has been chosen as the signature piece in a new 5-part PBS documentary on American Indian History titled “We Shall Remain.” There is a sneak preview showing at the SIFF Cinema on April 1st, at which point Bob Charlo would like the work to be available for purchase on his website.
More information on the showing and the signature image can be found here: http://www.siff.net/cinema/detail.aspx?id=27903&FID=149 and http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/weshallremain/behind_the_scenes/signature_image
In addition to the above project, Bob is interested in updating the rest of his site to include:
Website: www.bcharlofineart.com
- Update the information provided in various menu items
- Update the Gallery, to include fixing images w/ watermarks so they may not be used without permission, ability to sell the images online (paypal or other secure), add new images and fix some of the current images and their borders, etc
- Artist would like to implement a revolving banner for the images similar to www.iaia.edu
- Artist would like to include some music he has permission to use
Interested students will contact Lisa Sandoval at Office 2BE 1142, (206) 287-5558, Email: lsandoval@sccd.ctc.edu for initial interview and she will get them in touch with this artist, Bob Charlo.
