The Client Survey will help you articulate and identify the overall goals of your website (re)design and once filled out it will be your key reference point for information regarding building your website:

Requirements:

  • Download the Client Survey | Goto Media [RTF]
  • For this assignment you will sit down with your mock client and ask them all the questions on this survey.
  • Take good notes on their answers.
  • Once you have completed the survey you will type out your questions and answers in a professional manner.
  • This will be turned in as your Client Survey assignment according to the class schedule.

      this is quite a brilliant article – thanks for posting. i absolutely agree. it’s mostly our fault, the fault of insufficient communication, that turns the clients into shitheads… just like our kids throw tantrums when we do not explain ourselves properly or stump them unexpectedly. it is, however, really difficult to admit to all of this.
