For iPhone and iPad a great time tracker application is TDF Tracker. It lets you track time, expenses, and mileage by client, project and task. It will even pause your time as a break period and then pick-up tracking your time again for the task. Best feature is you can email a report to yourself with all the details of the time, etc. you spent on a project.
